Congratulations to Klaus Wowereit for winning his Third Term as Mayor of Berlin! Openly Gay and a Social Democrat to boot, Klaus inspires me no end.
No to Discrimination! Yes to honest public service!
Our own "still-in-the-closet" politicians can definitely learn a thing or two from him.

personally, it doesn't matter to me whether a public servant is gay or straight. pero tama ka po -- better kung both!
ReplyDeleteyes, i believe he's on his third term already as Mayor of Berlin under the SPD (social democratic party). he also used to be a city councilor, Berlin's youngest ever, if i'm not mistaken. :-)
